HOW TO APPLY FOR ASSISTANCE
The Forgotten Child Fund application center is located at 1715 E. Main St and will be taking applications from November 1, 2023 through December 13, 2023.  YOU MUST APPLY IN PERSON. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. See below for a list of items you will need to bring with you when you apply. Eligibility:
1. Have to live in Chattanooga, TN or surrounding cities or hear US 101.
2. Children must be between 1 day old or 16 years old. (We will assist with children older than 16 years old with a mental capacity of our age range).
3. Did not receive help from another organization.
WHAT TO BRING WHEN YOU APPLY:
1. Social Security card of parent and children.
2. Photo I.D.
3. Proof of guardianship if not the parent.
